Spring

Time also to think about patios, decking, and paths, laying bark, gravel or chips.

Summer
Regular tasks of lawn mowing, edging, feeding, planting bedding plants, watering pots & hanging baskets, border maintenance, weed control, dead heading and summer pruning all should be carried out to ensure your garden remains as healthy as it can be.

Autumn
Still a busy time of year with falling leaves that need clearing, spring bulbs to plant and lawns ready for an autumn feed. New lawns can be sown or turf laid, borders should be deadheaded and pruned, hedges should be trimmed and evergreen trees and shrubs can be moved into new positions.

Winter
Neglected ground can be cleared and dug whilst paths can be made or re-laid.  Routine pruning of fruit trees, bushes, late flowering shrubs and roses should be carried out. Beds and borders can be reshaped, tided and prepared for their winter sleep to await the coming of the new spring.
